Hi, I'm William Sternberg, your certified senior fitness trainer in West Palm Beach. I hold dual certification from the American Council on Exercise and specialized certification as a Senior Fitness Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NCCA Accredited). Don't worry - I won't make you do any TikTok dance challenges!
Our senior exercise programs come to you throughout West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County. We offer private, comfortable training sessions 7 days a week from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM - and yes, we're much more fun than those early morning infomercials!
The “Older Adult” is only now beginning to gain recognition as a vital part of the Fitness Industry. Until recently, there simply haven’t been many meaningful fitness training options available for those 55 and older. Too often, empathy, compassion, understanding, and patience haven’t been part of the typical Fitness Trainer's toolkit.
Some of the most important things a trainer can give you are motivation, discipline, and energy. As a fellow Boomer (give or take a year or two), I understand the struggle of finding the will to work out—especially when the couch calls or your back aches or you want to cancel the Trainer because the house is a mess.
That’s where I come in.
Exercise boosts dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins - a natural high even better than an 18-year-old Macallan or a primo cannabis. And when your clothes fit better and you look in the mirror thinking, “Damn, I look good!” - or when your doctor tells you, “Keep doing whatever you’re doing" - that’s the real reward.

Plot twist: I used to be a CEO of a Fortune 500 company and owned two successful B2B businesses. In 2018, I traded my suit and tie for workout gear to help seniors stay active and healthy. When a person over 55 falls, their hospital stay is twice as long compared to other admissions. The CDC and NIH statistics show falls are among the leading causes of death for those 65 and older:
- Two-thirds of those who fall will fall again within six months
- One-fourth of hip fracture patients pass away within six months
- Fall risk increases with age

Common fall factors include:
- Diminished sense of body positioning
- Reduced eyesight and reflexes
- Age-related muscle loss (Sarcopenia - fancy word for "where did my muscles go?")
